Kiwibuzz Exchange and Return Policy
We understand that exchanging and returning products is often a frustrating experience, but Kiwibuzz strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to exchange or return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
To exchange or return an item purchased in one of our stores, please bring the item to any Kiwibuzz store and our customer service representatives will be happy to help you. In order to process the exchange or return, please follow the guidelines outlined below.
Exchange and Return Guidelines
Exchange and Return Period
- Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within the timeframe of 7 days from the time of receiving the product
Delay in Delivering Items (by Kiwibuzz)
- If you do not receive the ordered product within 10 working days (excluding Sundays/public holidays), you can anytime contact us to claim your refund
Non-returnable items
- Items that are damaged or abused by the buyer Items that are missing accessories, such as remote controls, cords, and cables
- Etched or otherwise personalized item
- Opened computer software, movies, music and video games can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund
Original receipt
- To help facilitate the return, the original receipt is also required to be sent to us
Restocking fee
- A restocking fee is applicable to all product categories. The restocking fee charges are: 5% of the purchase value
Refund method
- Your refund is generally credited into your bank account in 7-10 working days.
To protect your personal data
- Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless phone data) from any exchanged or returned products. Kiwibuzz is not responsible for any personal data left on or in an exchanged or returned product.
Returning an Oversized Item
We cover shipping charges on returned Oversized Items only if the item arrives at the designated shipping address defective or damaged. We do not refund shipping charges on Oversized Items that are returned due to "buyer remorse."
Follow these steps to return an Oversized Item:
- Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
- The item(s) must be unassembled and packaged securely in original packaging if possible.
- Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item.
- Contact our Customer Care Representative at +64-3-9600006 to receive instructions on arranging for a freight delivery company to pick up your item(s). Please have your order number available when you call.
- You must be home at the time of pick-up and the item(s) must be at the door for the freight driver.
- Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Customer Care Representative immediately at +64-3-9600006.
Kiwibuzz discretion
- Kiwibuzz reserves the right to deny any return.
- Some tests may use a different set of policies. When a different policy is in effect, you will be informed of those differences prior to purchase.
